Job description

Your tasks will be the following:

  • Computer management of files with typing and documents presentation according to deadlines and company’s standards.
  • The support of the technical teams (data entry, files follow-up, agendas).         
  • Director’s support on the administrative and legal aspects of the Company.         
  • The secretariat and the management of agenda and business trip organization for the Direction and a part of the director.          

Requested profile

Professional experience: minimum of 4 years, legal and social knowledge

Diploma: BTS support to managerial action or BTS assist. management SME-SMI + legal / social training or DUT legal careers, or DU legal secretary

Language: good English, spoken and written

Mastered tools: Office Pack (Excel, Word, Outlook) 

You are organized, multi-skilled and autonomous.

Good interpersonal and computer tools skills is necessary.

Schedule: 37 h / weekly

Salary: to be defined according to profile

Status: Employee

Starting date of the mission: as soon as possible
