de fr\u00e9quence sur l\u2019enti\u00e8ret\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p>Elle concerne d\u2019une part la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de garder \u00e9gales l\u2019injonction et le soutirage de courant. Autrement dit, la production d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie pour garantir la stabilit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autre part, la ligne doit \u00eatre capable de retrouver l\u2019\u00e9quilibre apr\u00e8s une perturbation (incident climatique, m\u00e9canique, technique etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Si la stabilit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas assur\u00e9e, le risque de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration du mat\u00e9riel est grand. De plus, cela peut entrainer une coupure du courant sur une partie du r\u00e9seau, voir sur sa totalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il est alors tr\u00e8s important de pouvoir contr\u00f4ler continuellement les valeurs de fr\u00e9quence et de tension dans les lignes. Plusieurs g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs \u00e0 travers le r\u00e9seau vont permettre \u00e0 un courant alternatif de s\u2019\u00e9couler. La fr\u00e9quence augmente lorsque l\u2019\u00e9nergie produite est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie consomm\u00e9e. Au contraire, la fr\u00e9quence diminue lorsque l\u2019on consomme plus d\u2019\u00e9nergie que l\u2019on en produit.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de maintenir la stabilit\u00e9 sur le r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019intervenir continuellement sur le niveau de production et de consommation. Pour ce faire, chaque gestionnaire de r\u00e9seau de transport (ex : RTE pour la France, Elia en Belgique, ou encore Swissgrid en Suisse) dispose de ce que l\u2019on nomme une <b>r\u00e9serve de puissance active<\/b>. Cette marge de production de puissance est appel\u00e9e r\u00e9serve primaire. Ce r\u00e9glage est extr\u00eamement rapide : la totalit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9serve primaire de chaque centrale peut \u00eatre mobilis\u00e9e en moins de 30 secondes.<\/p>\n<p>Ce r\u00e9glage influe sur la <b>production \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/b>, il modifie alors les bilans des zones de r\u00e9glage. En d\u2019autres mots, toutes les centrales du r\u00e9seau participent au r\u00e9glage de la fr\u00e9quence, que l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 se produise sur sa zone g\u00e9ographique ou stabilit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau, c\u2019est le r\u00e9glage secondaire qui va s\u2019enclencher automatiquement sur les centrales pr\u00e9sentent dans la zone de perturbation (au bout d\u2019environ 100 \u00e0 200 secondes).<\/p>\n<p>Ce dernier va alors :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utiliser essentiellement l\u2019\u00e9nergie de la r\u00e9serve secondaire de la <b>zone de r\u00e9glage concern\u00e9e par l\u2019instabilit\u00e9<\/b><\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9tablir la totalit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9serve primaire de tout le r\u00e9seau pour pouvoir de nouveau entrer en action en cas de nouveau probl\u00e8me sur les lignes.<\/li>\n<li>Restaurer les \u00e9changes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques initialement pr\u00e9vus entre les centrales apr\u00e8s la perturbation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div
